What we collect and why

We do not use this website to collect special category data, and the site is not intended for children.
Marketing: we only send marketing emails to business contacts where we have a legitimate interest, or where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can object at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Hostinger: website hosting, form entries and email.
- Formspree: processes free trial sign-up submissions.
- Google: "Sign up with Google" (only if you choose it), Google Fonts, and Google Search Console (aggregated search statistics).
- Content delivery networks that serve fonts, scripts and images on our pages (Google Fonts, cdnjs/Cloudflare, jsDelivr, unpkg, Unsplash, Pexels, Wikimedia). When your browser loads these files, the provider receives your IP address.
- Companies in our group that help us provide product, implementation and support services.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of the providers above, and companies in our group, may process data outside the UK. Where a country does not have a UK adequacy decision, we use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard permitted by UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become customers: 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Customer and contract records: for the length of the contract plus 6 years.
- Spam and security logs: up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to our use of it (including direct marketing, at any time), or to transfer it to someone else. Email info@sanguinesolutions.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS, access to form entries is limited to authorised staff, and we keep our software up to date.
